Hi,
My DSO5102P's second channel doesn't work anymore: it reads -104V from its generator, and -4.24V when I probed the ground. Self-calibration yields error code 0x10c00 and I can't return it... Could you tell me which parts I should replace, please?

It's the average, as you can see on gen_ch2.jpg and zero_ch2.jpg.
