Hi,
My DSO5102P's second channel doesn't work anymore: it reads -104V from its generator, and -4.24V when I probed the ground. Self-calibration yields error code 0x10c00 and I can't return it... Could you tell me which parts I should replace, please?

I use my DSO very little, it might have 10 hours on it.  A few months ago, I turned it on and it booted up.  Several minutes later, the screen went dead and unit was unresponsive.  After many failed attempts, I stopped trying.  I tried again several months later and I got it to boot up and then after a few minutes it is unresponsive again.  The following lights/buttons are on and unresponsive: Green light to the left of V0, CH1 Menu, Math Menu, CH2 Menu, Auto Set and Run/Stop.  Screen is totally blank and fan is running.  I have checked all the voltages out of the power supply and the only voltage that seems out of whack is the +9 volt as it is at 6.53 volts.  This feeds a 5V regulator and the output is 5.0 volts.

Thanks

Sir, please take a picture of the power supply about the incorrect output point of the voltage.
And upload it to study.

"it reads -104V from its generator, and -4.24V when I probed the ground."
The voltage is the measurement maximum voltage of the scope?

It's the average, as you can see on gen_ch2.jpg and zero_ch2.jpg.
