I bought an oscilloscope on Ali. But it does not work at all!
The seller does not accept it back. I want to repair it.
The oscilloscope does not turn on at all.
All voltages on the power supply are OK.

I read your message board and assembled the TTL-RS232 circuit

Then launched SecureCRT.
It is visible, I turned on and off the oscilloscope 2 times.
The terminal displays only two characters "O" & "M"
