About your post in "DSO4254C does not boot"

I have DSO4254C with serial number CN1839002002285.  I powered on it yesterday and it did not boot. It hangs on startup screen.

I also tried recovery menu but it didn't help too. F2 option still hangs on QR code screen. F3 option with latest firmware which I downloaded from Hantek website also
fails with "Operation failed!" message.
Could you provide an working firmware for this device please.

I had the same issue that you had. And nobody has yet provided a response. I wrote support, but Hantek didn't respond to my email.
