I bought a Hantek DSO2D15 SCOPE ( Number on back CN2213029026713) approximately 4 months ago. Recently when I turned on the scope the menus are in chinese. I downloaded the manual but am unable to change the language back to english.
When I attempt to use the utility button to access the language menu the scope freezes and I'm unable use the device. I've read online that this may be a firmware issue.
