I get this error while trying to self calibrate on my scope. Searched and did not see any other thread for this one. No probes attached and let site for 30 minutes before trying. Can someone help me.

Seems to be an issue with channel 2

sw ver 3.40.0(2102225.0)
hw ver 1010xffff8108
serial # T 1G/136 008938

yes, I do. Have tried several time. I always wait 30 min. Have not even used the scope that much.
Any help would be appreciative.
