I purchased several 6022be oscilloscopes and have 2 questions.
1) for 10 seconds/division setting, the sampling rate is 100kHz. This only gives 1 division of display. Is there a way to reduce the sampling rate to 10kHz?
2) for DC voltages of a few volts, the result is correct, but for a 12VDC voltage, the scope shows about 10VDC. (I am using 10x probe.) I tried changing probes and oscilloscopes and the result is always the same. Please advise.
