I've flashed my DSO2D10, CN2101029001572 to firmware 20210416, but the front USB stopped working.
Wanting to restore to an older version and not having a working flashdrive, I've flashed with platform-tools-20201221(FW3000).
Followed all the instructions, everything went as it should, but after cmds.bat completes, the scope restarts and gets stuck at the Hantek logo forever.
Tried the other two versions of platform-tools, found at Eevblog - still no success.
If the platform does not help, you will have to extract the memory and flash someone's memory dump with the programmer, if you have not saved your own, or try to read your dump, save and reflash. I had a problem with the front USB after updating to 714. Perhaps there was some kind of failure when working with the platform, but then your memory is most likely already corrupted. I've tried all versions and nothing ever crashed.
