Hello,
I have a Hantek DSO 5202P that is about 2 or 3 years old. I am trying to update the firmware. I have downloaded and copied the file to a USB drive: dso5kp_func_dso5202p20210225.rar
When I plug the USB drive into the DSO5202P the message "USB device detected" appears. I have successfully saved screenshots to this drive.
When I attempt to update the firmware I get the following error:
"Firmware update failed. error:0xfe
No upgrade files detected on USB device!"
This is the first time I have attempted to update the firmware. Please advise. Thank you.
