Customer Consultation

I bought a Hantek 2C42 on amazon with the seller ? Direwolf-FR ? .
I have a problem with it so I write a mail to Direwolf-FR and they said me to write a mail directly to you.
So I explain my problem.
When I want to check a Ac V for example (230 volt AC) It’s write OL (Over Limit), it work perfectly with the DC V but not with the AC V.
See on the picture :
I try to make a update with the software on your website but it’s the same.
Thanks for your Help.

Please check if there are burnt components in the marked red box on the motherboard.
If so, please take a picture for me.
