HANTEK PSO2020: hardware buttons not work!

I received today HANTEK PSO2020. Install SW v.1.0.4. Last driver for PSO2020. When I press the hardware button ( +, R/S , - ....) nothing happens

Not voltage scale up or down. Not Time division change....
Do I have to enable something in the SW?

The drivers are installed and without "!" or "?".
I suspected win10 because the drivers are certified for win8 and win7.
Now I'm looking for PC with win7 for make a test.
