I have a problem after updating my firmware on DSO5072P. The firmware file I have used to upgrade is "dso5kp_func_dso5072p20180120.up"
but what happens is that I cannot start my oscilloscope after upgrading. instead, all it shows is a blue screen
with "System Update, Please insert the USB device with update file which can be obtained from the supplier", and does not continue to update. I have already formatted my USB to FAT 32 and it did start updating the firmware prior to the restart required to finish the update, tried everything else that I have found on other forums, but I cannot use my oscilloscope again until its updated. It's obviously a firmware issue and I'm wondering if there's any solution. Thanks
