6022be can't move trigger (x axis)

Hi, (ni hao)

I just received my 6022BE. That's a very good product ;).
I just have some troubles
First one:
I can't find where to adjust the x-axis of the trigger mode.
Can you please show me where I can find this?

Then there is something strange:
I can scope some signals at 50.00?s by div, I should also be able to see them with a lower div but I can't see any level changes.
Can you please tell me how to see those signals?

Hi, The product is completely unusable for me without the option to adjust the horizontal trigger position. With "Trigger Sweep" set to "Normal" the waveform is shifted like crazy and I have to scroll horizontally 100 times to get the region of interest. At least how to decrease the ReadLength from 10K points to say 500 points so that this crazy scrolling can be avoided?

PS: Giving 10K sample points without option to adjust the horizontal trigger is crazy. Please correct this BUG.

Can anyone answer how to move x axis trigger? This is more and more annoying. Where is this feature? I must have missed it please just tell me where the trigger is.

The Trigger Level where it will trigger  is shown in the Top Right hand corner,dragging the arrow on the x axsis will change the trigger level

Sir, this product is software trigger.
Horizontal trigger position cannot be changed.

Please, if this trigger issue can not be repaired take my 6022BE scope in even exchange for a USB scope that can be triggered correctly.  To me this renders the scope nearly useless I may as well use a volt meter.

Sorry, this depends on the hardware and cannot be modified from the software.
