Problems Hantek 1008C

Hi,
I have a problem with hantek 1008c. Install it in win10 os:
1) probe signal OK (really measure 400 mv P-P and not 2v p-p).
2) When I want to measure primary or secondary coil, two errors appear, the soft switch from "conected" to "searching device" or, a blue screen of windows appears where the PC reboots.


I installed update driver and i try in two diferent PC, but the problems continue...
