6104BD Crashes after start

Dear Hantek

I have purchased a 6104BD scope and it has been working great for about 5 weeks now, today I wanted to review a recorded signal from my 1008A on this one the 6104BD and it crashed after opening the file.

I assume that a 1008a recoreded signal wont work on the 6104BD?

After the crash the unit wont start it crashes after the software opens and tries to connect to the scope on the USB.

I have tried to reinstall the software and drivers.

Hi I have a Update!

I removed the drivers and software from my laptop and re-installed it in a new directory name, re-installed the drivers and it now works again

How can I see if the DRC files was created on the 1008 or 6104 scope with out braking the software?

Sir, sorry to inform that the .drc file is a custom format. It can not be opened except using the oscilloscope software.
