Install and Uninstall


This section describes how to install the handheld oscilloscope software on your computer.

DSO1000S is a software application that provides computer control and data
collection from Hantek handheld oscilloscopes, including the DSO1062S,
DSO1122S, DSO1152S, and DSO1202S product families. Before using
DSO1000S, you need to know the configuration requirements and installation
procedures of the software.

System Requirements
Before using DSO1000S Software, ensure that your computer meets the
following configuration requirements.

Hardware Configuration Requirements
● 1GHz or higher processor
● 200M or more hard disk space
● 1024x768 monitor resolution or above
● 256M or more RAM
● USB or LAN interface and cable

Running Environment
● Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Win7, 8, 10 (32bit and 64bit)

		20MHz	Turn on the bandwidth limitation to 20MHz

		AC	Set to AC coupling
		GND	Set to ground coupling
4	Position	-2V～2V (2mv/div ≤Volt/Div≤ 200mv/div)	Set the vertical position of the channel waveform (in div)
		-50V～50V (200mv/div<Volt/Div ≤5v/div)
5	Scale	20mV-50V	Select the value of Volt/Div from 2mv to 50v
6	Probe	1X	Set the appropriate probe attenuation factor to make the base reading correct
		10X

7	Invert	On	Turn on waveform invert
		Off	Turn off waveform invert

-Type

Double click “Type”, acquisition type setup dialogue pop out. You may setup the oscilloscope between real time and equivalent time.

-Mode

Double click “Mode”, acquisition mode setup dialogue pop out. You may setup the oscilloscope among sample, peak detect and average.

-Store Capacity

Double click “Store Capacity”, store capacity setup dialogue pop out. You may setup the oscilloscope memory depth amond 4K, 40K, 512K and 1M.

-Persistence

Double click “Persistence”, persistence setup dialogue pop out. You may set the oscilloscope persistence time.

Note: When select “Auto”, the persistence is closed.

You may setup the persistence time among 0.2S, 0.4S, 0.8S, 1S, 2S, 4S, 8S and infinite.

E. g setup the persistence @ 1S, the oscilloscope display as figure 50.
