Is it possible to set the sensitivity of 2mV / DIV when working with a meander 30V p-p? Is it safe for my oscilloscope? Another question: do I understand correctly that at the set sensitivity of 2mV / DIV, the resolving power of the oscilloscope reaches 62uV?

Sir, yes, you can set the sensitivity of 2mV / DIV when working with a meander 30V p-p. The oscilloscope will not be damaged.
But due to hardware constraints, if the waveform exceeds the screen more and more, the waveform will distort.
