Dear Huntek developers
I've got a new IDSO 1070A. It works well in WiFi mode, but probably there is a problem with USB port.
After connecting scope to PC with USB cable there is no any messages regarding founding new hardware and new hardware search wizard doesn't start.
I tried to do it both with your original USB cable and another USB cable, I did it both on PC and laptop - with no result, scope couldn't be recognized.
Another issue is when I trying to set scope into USB mode. After pressing reset EasyLink WIFI setting button within 5 seconds
the USB/WiFi communication indicator is not keeping light up and just keeping blinking. It works in WiFi mode, not in USB mode.
Charging is OK both from power adapter and PC's USB port.

What would you recommend to do?

Best regards, Oleg

"When the power indicator lights up, press Easy-Link button immediately". It's undestandable
The key word is IMMEDIATELY. In your manuals (supplied with device on CD or downloading from your site, both in QuckGuide and UserManuals) this word is absent.
Now it works well!
Thanks a lot!
Best regards, Oleg.
