How to install the software on PC?


You need to install two .exe programms on your PC to run the oscilloscope software.
Install software  first, then install .

When install successfully, there will icons &  on PC.


If you want to edit a complicated arbitrary waveform on PC, you need to install WaveEditor first, which is in the software documents.

When installed, icon will appear.

How to run the software on PC?


Power on DSO4254C, and connect it to PC via a USB cable.


Open  first and then run , the DSO will be connected successfully
and display window on PC.







If need make up an arbitrary waveforms,  please double click icon , there will have a
separate display window on PC to let you to edit your own arbitrary waveforms.

How to setup the waveform generator on PC software?


Press the icon  on the toolbar, the waveform generator settings dialog box will
pop up, then you can setup the waveform generator on PC.

When you press the About->Content, Help file will pop out,
You may read it to learn how to use the oscilloscope on PC.

How to update the firmware on DSO4254C?

The step to upgrade firmware on DSO4084C:

1. Copy the firmware file to a USB flash disk

2. Power on DSO4084C

3. Instert USB flash disk to the USB interface at bottom of the LCD

4. Press Utility button

5. Press down arrow button near the right down corner of the LCD

to turn page to 2/3

6. Press Update (F1) softkey

7. Press Update Firmware (F1) softkey

8. Turn VO knob at the left up corner of the panel to select the firmware file on USB flash disk

9. Push VO knob to confirm your file selection

10. Then press Start updating (F3) softkey to start update.
