Hello, i'm have Hantek USB Oscilloscope DSO6204BD.I'm encountered a problem, when i'm making measurements, software froze and the device was disconnect. After I reconnected it, it identifies as "Cypress Fx2LP No Eeprom Device".  Input signal was far away from treshold to 35V. Red led not blinking, after connection to PC. I'm use Windows 10 x64.

Thank You, after doing all what described in attachment, Oscilloscope work well. But now, i found trouble with DDS. Output look like wrong offset set to DAC.
