Hantek DSO5102P CH2 Failure

Hello,
I had a problem with CH2 in my Hantek Oscilloscope.
First picture shows wave from PROBE COMP ~5V@1KHz connector.
.

The second picture shows CH1 and CH2 probe less.

Please Help.

Did You had any idea what element can damage?
I can not give back to the seller.

I was change only D100, Q102 and Q103.

The Second channel as good as new.
