I bougth a Hantek 6254BC and a Micsig DP10013 differential probe.

How can I set the attenuatiuon option in the software to 50x or 500x because the only options are 1x, 10x, 100x, 1000x, etc. Now it seems it is not possible to use the probe with it seamlessly or is there a workaround (except manually calculating th true voltage, which sucks)?

Sir, sorry, our software only provides five attenuation factors for normal probe.

Is it not possible to bring out a software update or do any improvements on current software?
It is surely not that difficult for the design engineer to add options for 20x, 50x, 200x, 500x or even a custom option to enter a value because this means the scope cannot be used with other probes and both Hantek probes I got with the scope were defective. I also bought other probes as replacements. I've never used a germany branded or japan branded scope that doesn't have this option?

Is there no support engineer that can do this, because I believe it is something very easy to do?
