DSO3254A does not recognize USB.

Hello, I am using the DSO3254A now.

But, the DSO3254A suddenly does not recognize USB from PC.

Below refer to picture.

The USB recognition failure is displayed every certain time.

The same happens on my PC as well as on other PC.

Please provide a workaround for this issue.

Thank you for answer.
Five services are started. Refer to attachment file.
Perhaps this is a problem with the DSO3254A.
Please let me know if I have other check .

I'm not recently install NI software on my computer.
And other PC occurs the same problem.
It seems to be the internal problem of DSO3254A.
Can I reinstall the F/W of DSO3254A?

It seems that only power is on.
