I purchased this from your company and cannot get the software to work.
I currently have a windows 10 o.s. laptop
I can download the install program but not the driver. I keep grtting a message telling me the pc. Does not see any new hardware.
I need help getting this tool to work

Connect your device to your computer via USB cable and open the device manager.
Find an unknown device and right click it to update the driver.
