Tekway DST 1102B - Self Calibration stops at step 26

Dear Sirs,

I just started a self calibration on my DST 1102B. This stops at step 26 - the device freezes, nothing happens. I waited for roughly 15 min - no effect. I had to switch off the device. I repeated it twice - same behaviour.

SW Version is 2.06.3 (120507.0), HW version is 10070x555583e9.

Any ideas?

Did just another test - waited 2h to warm up, then tried self calibration - same behaviour.

But it is step 23 and not 26 as I stated in the original post...
