Possible bug Acquire Avarage

Hi Amy.

I am suing SW Version 2.1.36 on a 6245BD scopüe however I can not select the the Average Mode .
I select Acquire >> Average and then the marker always remain at off I can select any of the average settings(2,4,8,16,62,128) the marker always remains/Stay at the OFF tab
Please help what to do !

Sir, did you select large storage, such as set buffer length to 8k or larger?
In this case, the average acquisition can not be set.
