Difference between DSO4000C and DSO5000P series

Hello

can you please tell me what are the difference between these two series? On the comparison chart on your site, they look almost identical.
but I think that the different is that DSO4000C series have the signal generator capability.
is this their only difference? what about the HW and microprocessor?
