Hantek 6022BE win 10 issue

Hello,

I have been using my Hantek 6022BE from Windows and all was well.

I have a new computer and cannot get the CRO to work on Windows 10.

The program is working but there is no connection to the Hantek

What do I do, is there something with drivers, I have gone to your website and downloaded the latest software but still nothing works.

Thanks for chosing our product.Please make sure that the driver for win 10 is properly installed.Right click 'My computer',click 'Device Manager' to see if 'Hantek6022BE Driver2' presents without any failure marks.If not,please goto the following page to download the latest driver and install again.
