Sir,
The input protection voltage of Hantek6022BE is +/-35V (without external attenuation). So the maximum input voltage is +/-35V. If the input voltage is greater than +/-35V, the oscilloscope will be burnt out.
The maximum measurement vlotage is +/-5V (without external attenuation). If the input voltage is greater than +/-5V, greater than 5V signal will be cut off.
About the crash problem, our engineer is modifying, please wait for a while.
