6022BE Measures DC Voltage Incorrectly

I purchased a 6022BE which locks up in XY Mode and will not accurately measure
DC Voltage. It displays less than half of the voltage. EX: 12vdc shows on O-Scope

as 5V??? Can you help me resolve these issues?? I have already downloaded the
latest software.

Sir,
The input protection voltage of Hantek6022BE is +/-35V (without external attenuation). So the maximum input voltage is +/-35V. If the input voltage is greater than +/-35V, the oscilloscope will be burnt out.
The maximum measurement vlotage is +/-5V (without external attenuation). If the input voltage is greater than +/-5V, greater than 5V signal will be cut off.
About the crash problem, our engineer is modifying, please wait for a while.

Hello,
HI have a similar problem with my Hantek6022BL
Yesterday, on my car, test the battery 12V charge with motor on and off.
Normaly, the voltage is 12.7V motor off, and 14.1V motor on.
Last handteck software 1.0.6 installed on windows 7 (the previous 1.0.5 was not stable)
The hanteck Hantek6022B display a value of 5V, without any change if the the motor is on or of.
When not connected to the battery, the value is 0V.
