DC-DC Converter A0505S-2WR Samples

I own a Hantek 6022BE USB scope, and I have this problem: when I connect it to my PC, the PC turns off.
I noticed that the input of the DC-DC Converter A0505S-2WR seems to be shorted and I am trying to find a replacement part. can tou please help?
I have contacted MORNSUN and they suggested to contact you first.
is it possible i can get 1-2 samples of this DC-DC Converter?

can you please check with China post as well?
sometimes FedEx can be too expensive. I am not in a hurry

Sir, we don't cooperate with China Post, so the freight by China Post is more expensive than by FedEx.
The freight from China to you is $39 by FedEx and $45 by China Post.
