Hantek DSO-5202B No signal and no buttons

I have a DSO-5202b SN 22*** HW1.01 and the buttons do not work and the signal does not appear on the screen.
The source voltages are fine, reprogram the nand flash backup and it remains the same.
Do you have any idea what it can be?

Please try to contact your seller to return factory for repair.

The problem is:
As you turn it on it stays the same as in the video, it does not do anything as it is blocked.
