Hi. I have a oscilloscope DSO-5102B (T1G/012 024865). 2 months ago it started to reboot. And a month ago does not turn on (black screen). Died NAND-flash (the programmer found the faulty blocks). Please send a dump of the NAND-flash for DSO-5102B. Thank you!

Hello, amy. Excuse me for my English. Please help to restore the oscilloscope DSO-5102B. 2 months ago the oscilloscope began to reboot. A month ago, does not turn on (black screen). Measured all voltages on the power supply and the motherboard, everything is normal. Putty via UART displays "OMOMOMOM...." endlessly. Assembled programmer HJTAG and read dump from NAND-flash Samsung K9F1G08U0E. The programmer in the end has written that ">64 blocks (or pages do not remember exactly) is faulty". NAND-flash replaced. Please send dump for my oscilloscope. Read dump https://filecloud.me/yx0yo579qzn7.html . Thank you very much!

I forgot to write about the solution. After replacing the RAM, the oscilloscope started working.
