Hantek 6254BD Accessories

I bought a new HANTEK 6254BD PC-USB oscilloscope a couple of weeks ago.
Among the accessories I expected to receive 2 switchable clip probes as shown in the Hantek web page (http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_2_10164.html), however the probes never arrive with the resto of the equipment.

Is it possible that what is offered on the website is not true?
How can I know what happened with the probes?

The serial number of the oscilloscope is: 642001705
Model: Hantek6254BD

Dear sir,just find out the packaging box,check it carefully,you'll find the box is divided into two parts by an interlayer,and the other probe is under the interlayer.
