Is this a problem with the software in dso4104? Tell me please what to do?

Tried and with the software and without it. I watched the usb data on d+ and d-. There is no activity from the oscilloscope. The host sends the parcels. The computer can not read the usb  vid and pid oscilloscope.

Sir, did you install the IOLibSuite software?
If you install, please open it and check whether the scope is connected.
And in the device manager of your computer, is it "unknown device" or "USB test and measurement device"?

IOLibSuite software is installed. In the device manager of my computer this is an "unknown device". The program DSO4000V does not start, the computer writes that the program is not a 32 bit application.

I don't know which program (DSO4000BC software or IOLibSuite software) is not a 32bit?

Good afternoon. When I connected the cable to the PC, it all worked. On the computer put the win 7 x64. And on the computer in the win xp x32 worms the program did not start. I wanted that the oscilloscope worked on win xp x32. Thank you very much for your support.

Sir, the software can support windows 7/windwos 8/windows 10. It can't support windows xp.
