New installation on Windows 10 for 6022BE. Driver installed correctly and the 6022BE is recognised in Device Manager. When I open the Scope software it starts to load and then I get the error message "Scope has stopped working".

Event viewer gives the following entry following the crash:
  1. Faulting application name: Hantek6022BE.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x52d390f6
  2. Faulting module name: mfc100u.dll, version: 10.0.40219.1, time stamp: 0x4d5f29b6
  3. Exception code: 0xc0000005
  4. Fault offset: 0x0016a8dc
  5. Faulting process ID: 0x1c90
  6. Faulting application start time: 0x01d34345b3747a91
  7. Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hantek6022BE\Hantek6022BE.exe
  8. Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hantek6022BE\mfc100u.dll
  9. Report ID: d52176d4-de78-414c-8899-9f1e6d52decb
Copy the Code

I've tried repairing the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update" as this contains the mfc100u.dll file, but no change.

Help please!

Software crash happens whether the device is plugged in or not. I've reinstalled the software and the driver multiple times.

Device appears in Device Manager as "Hantek 6022be DRIVER2" so driver appears to be working.

I've tried the device on another computer and it works fine on there.
