Dear sir,you can judge whether the driver or the software works unnormally first by doing this:unplug the 6022 from the USB port,then open the software to see if the crash take place again,if it works normally,but the crash only appears when the device is plugged,maybe the driver fault is the cause.Otherwise,you should reinstall the software.By the way,a successful driver must appears as 'Hantek 6022be DRIVER2' in the Device Manager，otherwise uninstall it and install again pls.
