awuersch, most likely you just do not know how to use your oscilloscope and could not properly configure it. RTFM!!! I think, in the oscilloscope settings, it is not correctly indicated which divider is on the probe. Most likely on the probe, the divider switch is in the x1 mode, and in the oscilloscope settings it is indicated that the divider x10 is used. You need to either change the oscilloscope settings, or switch the switch on the probe to x10 mode.
