Hello,

It seems that I have some issue with my DSO 4202C shortly after purchase.
After using the DSO 4202 C for the first time outside initial function testing including the probe calibration, the amplitude of the voltage was just completely wrong; 56V 40Hz square instead of 5V 40Hz square (the 5V was checked with another device). When connecting the probe to the 5V 1kHZ reference signal, the amplitude is still 56V peak, frequency is right. It seems that the tension is locked to 56V, even if I change it with a signal generator.

I run the calibration again, but no improvement.
I tried the firmware upgrade, but the version on my device is more recent than the one available on the website.

What should I do, is it a bug or a faulty device? It is quite annoying after just 13 boots of the device.

Technical info:
SW - 3.50.0(170628.0)
HW - 1020xffffa000
serial T1G/0490011643
only 13 boot, uncluding the tests above.

Regards,
