Hello there,
I was using my 6022BE yesterday and accidently shorted out the probe with mains voltage (230V) which fried the oscilloscope. After opening it up and measuring some components I found out that the diode D1 was shorted in both directions, which results in a short to ground. I was wondering if I could get a part number for this diode so I could replace it with a new one.

Best Regards

Ok that did not work. Would it be possible to get a schematic so I could check some power rails etc.?

Sir, sorry, we can't provide the schematic.
Did you replace the D1 diode? Does the problem still exist?

Yes I replaced it and the short was fixed, but I have a feeling that the usb controller might be damaged. I will check for other shorts to ground today and see if I can find anything.

Sir, please check whether there is a short circuit between the four pins.

Yes they are all shorted out. Is the USB Connector fried?

EDIT: OK I just checked again and it is indeed not shorted. One of them is connected to ground the others are not. I got these results in diode mode:

1. 0,942V
2. 0,629V
3. 0,175V

I also connected the scope with another USB cable and checked some voltages. By doing that the computer registered a device, but did not recognize the scope properly.

This is the device manager. As you can see the computer can not recognize the usb device

Sir, please right click the unknown device to select properties, and give me a screenshot of the hardware id as the following picture.

Is there a way for me to check the usb controller for functionality?

Here are some screenshots:
