Thank you for that answer, but it does not meet my expectation.
I want this change to ip to be taken into account permanently in the IDSO1070 firmware. That is, it keeps the change for its next power-up.
My problem stems from an address conflict with my router with address 192.168.1.1. The LAN devices are connected to this router, but the IDSO with the same address can not access it.
I do not understand how to change that in the IDSO1070 permanently. Thank you for guiding me.

The IP address of IDSO1070 can't be changed permanently.
When you connect the scope to your router, the router will randomly assign an address to the scope.
You need to check the address of the scope via the router.
Now enter the address into the software.

Thank you for your reply.
However my router having the same address and since I can not change it, this router does not see the scope.
To work with wifi, I disable my wired connection (rj45) so the connection to the router and I activate the wifi on the scope.
I am deprived of the internet but this allows me to remain isolated compared to my PC. The procedure is not the best, but it is the only solution I have found.
