Hi!
I have a Hantek6204BC osciloscope
I'm trying to install it in Windows 7 64
I have tried to uninstall the drivers, and install the drivers as it is recommended in this post (Hantek6000BC/BD/BE series oscilloscope: Hantek6000_Driver.zip).
The drivers are still appearing as unsigned

Sir, the device is displayed as "unknown device" or "Hantek6xxx" or "Cypress FX2LP..." when you connect the scope to your computer?

Amy:

Would you be so kind as to help me?

I have a problem with the Hantek6254BD oscilloscope. The DRIVER does not install -- but the actual scope software does install.

Can you supply the correct driver?

Description:

The PID and Device ID appear to be wrong...

So the Scope software installs -- but the driver does not install. If I change the strings to match -- of course the driver is rejected by windows since it does not match the security string in the CAT file.

My device has:

04B5 and 8613 for the two codes -- not the o4B5 and PI_6CDE
My string in the USB identifier -- read from the SCOPE shows as
USB\VID_04B4&PID_8613

Your software is looking for this code.
[Device]
%VID_04B5&PID_6CDE.DeviceDesc% = Section, USB\VID_04B5&PID_6CDE
;for windows 2000 non intel platforms

Please right click the unknown device, select Properties.
And give me a screenshot of the Hardware ID as the following picture.

Sir, please refer to the "uninstall driver" document to uninstall the driver.
When the device name is "unknown device", now refer to pages 4 to 10 of the "Update driver _V1.3_EN for Win10" document to update again.
And the driver should be downloded on this post.

I'm sorry, but I exactly followed many times the instructions in your manuals  and I always get the same error. It also appears that the Authenticode digital signature of the driver is invalid or that the driver is corrupted or wrong.
So I can't update the driver. Any idea??? Thanks
