Hello, I have a Hantek DSO5202B with software 2.06.3(120224.0), and Hardware 10070x555583e9.
The display freezes after a short time, and I would like to upgrade the firmware to see if this fixes the issue.
What is the correct name format for the USB file (xxxxxxx.up) as the device does not recognize any of the downloads from your website?
