DSO1202S "System is not shut down properly last time"

I recently purchased a DSO1202S and every time I power it on, it comes up with a screen saying that the unit was not shut down properly on the last use and to press F1 to reboot or F2 to recover the system or F3 to update the recover partition.
Please advise. Thanks

Apparently, I already have the latest firmware, but I'll do the update now and I come back with the results
