Please check the format of your USB stick. It must be FAT32 format.

What is the current firmware version number of your oscilloscope?

Please confirm the following points.
Whether the update file is in the root of USB stick.
Whether the USB stick can be identified on the oscilloscope.
Whether the waveform file can be saved to USB stick.
Whether the update file is damaged.
Whether the update file name or suffix has been changed.Whether the storage space of USB stick is less than 32G.
