DSO5102P Firmware update problem

hello,


i want to update my Hantek DSO5102P. i bought it yesterday.


i used orginal firmware from hantek download. (http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_26.html)


-> filename:  dso5kp_func_dso5102p20170318.up


But i always get an error 0xfe.


system infos
Modell:              DSO5102P
SW-Version:       3.40.0(161227.0)
HW-Version:       1010xffff8108


please help. kind regards

hello, it's FAT32 formated and recognized by the Hantek. Any ideas? i used many other usb sticks (2.0 and 3.0).


wrong file?




After click F5, it shows 0/10 and i get the error message. system info shows [upgrade count]=0
saving wave to usb stick is working, see here:

Hmmm, really strange. i used disk Genius.
And it worked.
Now i have sw: 3.40.0(170318.0)
