DSO5102P Firmware update problem

i want to update my Hantek DSO5102P. i bought it yesterday.


i used orginal firmware from hantek download. (http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_26.html)


-> filename:  dso5kp_func_dso5102p20170318.up


But i always get an error 0xfe.

SW-Version:       3.40.0(161227.0)

Please check the format of your USB stick. It must be FAT32 format.

Hmmm, really strange. i used disk Genius.
And it worked.
Now i have sw: 3.40.0(170318.0)

Hi HANTEK TEAM

I down loaded the Firmware 20210225 from the download page for my DSO5102P, I could not update the scope it reported the same issue as explained here in this post ,always reporting Firmware update failed error 0xfe
I then Formatted my USB stick to FAT32 and tried again that did not help then I followed the document to use disk Genius to set the sector , I then tried again but still the same Error.

Please HANTEK how can I update my Scope ,I have tried both solutions as you advised in this post. I am still not able to update .my current version is 3.40

What is the current firmware version number of your oscilloscope?

Please confirm the following points.
Whether the update file is in the root of USB stick.
Whether the USB stick can be identified on the oscilloscope.
Whether the waveform file can be saved to USB stick.
Whether the update file is damaged.
Whether the update file name or suffix has been changed.Whether the storage space of USB stick is less than 32G.
