DSO5102P Stuck on Logo

Hello,

I tried to open my DSO5102P but it freezes on boot up logo. I tried to recover it with system boot up menu by pressing "F2" (many times) but no success. I think its operating system crushed. How can fix this issue? Can you help me pls? Sorry for my bad english. Thank you.

Serial: T 1G/036 004791 I guess. I looked carefully this is only number on back cover. Thank you.
