DSO5102P flies firmware

Good day! I DSO5102P firmware from 20160919, during the measurement korretno stops responding to button presses. Some buttons will not react to pressing, the pressing part is not fit for purpose. tried to update the firmware. USB-Flash detected, but due to the fact that some buttons aren't responding to update the firmware you can't. After several on / off power press the button to upgrade the firmware and recovers, but after a few measurements the problem recurs.
Please help what can I do in this situation? Thank you!

Hello, tell me, can you help me in my problem? SN T1G/136012546.. unable to connect to the oscilloscope via the UART, a JTAG programmer to upload the firmware to the flash ( if it is possible to provide a dump)...willing to consider any solution.
