we had a short electricity power cut and after this my DSO5102 only starts up until it gets to a partial firmware update screen. I have tried reloading the firmware via the front panel USB but although the USB stick light flashes as though it is being communicated with, nothing else happens. Could anyone advise me on how I could recover/reload the firmware/boot load
